Attending to ideal proportions and with healthy olives, the oil is made in the very day of harvest. It is cold extracted and then stored and sealed until the certified entity proceeds to its analytic / sensitive study.
After having been QUALIFIED the olive oil DALLA-BELLA enters the market with a certification seal, accompanied with the analitic results.
The consumer can compare its values with those of the reference in acidity, fat acids,triglecyrides, cholestrol, peroxyde level ( degree of oxidation; maintenance state ), spectrophotometric analysis (presence of abnormal oxidated components, quality alterations ) and still know about the characteristics and qualification of the sensorial analysis.
